When ATM machines came out and people were prosecuted for robbing ATM machines I don't think anybody thought the banks were against technology because they didn't want their ATM machines lifted.
Growing up I wish that I'd had the supplies and laptops and all the new technology that's out right now.

On the other hand there would be some value in different folks getting together to share expertise and technology but to the listener it wouldn't necessarily seem like a single station in the traditional sense.
