1 Age

  • 1. It is sad to grow old but nice to ripen.

  • 1. The difference between Marilyn Monroe and the early Pamela Anderson is not that great. What's amazing is that the taste of American men and international tastes in terms of beauty have essentially stayed the same. Styles change but our view of beauty stays the same.
  • 2. If we're given a number of circumstances to deal with the brain goes into this mode of trying to find a solution and it's amazing how good we are at it.
  • 3. I'm always improving and I want to get better and never hit a plateau. I find it an amazing adventure.

3 Anger

4 Anniversary

  • 1. You marry somebody you love everything about them. You grow to learn about them. You never learn everything.
  • 2. Experts on romance say for a happy marriage there has to be more than a passionate love. For a lasting union they insist there must be a genuine liking for each other. Which in my book is a good definition for friendship.
  • 3. We can't forget what happened on May 4th 1970 when four students gave up their lives because they had the American constitutional right of peaceful protest. They gave up their lives. And to sing that song in that spot on that anniversary was very emotional for us.

5 Architecture

  • 1. The Romans were not inventors of the supporting arch but its extended use in vaults and intersecting barrel shapes and domes is theirs.
  • 2. Engineering medicine business architecture and painting are concerned not with the necessary but with the contingent – not with how things are but with how they might be – in short with design.
  • 3. Great buildings that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique poetic products of the heart.
