Pizza certainly has its place in school meals but equating it with broccoli carrots and celery seriously undermines this nation's efforts to support children's health and their ability to learn because of better school nutrition.

Swedes are such a civilised perfect society – at least on the surface. There's a great safety net a huge middle class free education free health care. People are very polite they wait their turn. They're not too loud they're not too quiet but sometimes it's a little too perfect.

A common misconception is that the costs of health care are cheaper in rural America when in fact the reality is that they are more expensive and more difficult to access.

Whether it's making sure that families have access to quality health care and child care or making sure that our children receive the best educational opportunities we can give them we must remain committed to these needs because our children are our future.

  • 1. It's not the normal way to look at things but I experienced death at a really young age and because of that it's been part of my mental landscape that death is really very possible.
  • 2. Talk is by far the most accessible of pleasures. It costs nothing in money it is all profit it completes our education founds and fosters our friendships and can be enjoyed at any age and in almost any state of health.
  • 3. Of middle age the best that can be said is that a middle-aged person has likely learned how to have a little fun in spite of his troubles.

2 Amazing

  • 1. There are amazing schools and amazing educators that are doing a wonderful job. And then there are a lot of educators that are not prepared to deal with inclusive education. They haven't been trained. It's really quite lovely and easy when you understand how to do it.
  • 2. If you dream of something worth doing and then simply go to work on it and don't think anything of personalities or emotional conflicts or of money or of family distractions it is amazing how quickly you get through those 5 000 steps.
  • 3. Acting is something I appreciate and I think it's been an amazing experience. But I'm not passionate about acting the way you probably should be to call yourself an actor.

3 Anger

  • 1. I accrued anger from people's low opinion of me and my work and for the work I might be capable of.
  • 2. I was shocked at the anger toward me.
  • 3. I realized that if my thoughts immediately affect my body I should be careful about what I think. Now if I get angry I ask myself why I feel that way. If I can find the source of my anger I can turn that negative energy into something positive.

4 Anniversary

5 Architecture

  • 1. I could have been an architect but I don't think I'd have been very happy. Nearly all modern architecture is a silly game as far as I can see.
  • 2. I have no requirements for a style of architecture.
  • 3. Of the individual poems some are more lyric and some are more descriptive or narrative. Each poem is fixed in a moment. All those moments written or read together take on the movement and architecture of a narrative.
