3 Anger

  • 1. The greatest remedy for anger is delay.
  • 2. I was a pretty angry kid and I got into military history largely as a way to vent my own anger. As I got older it narrowed down to a more specific focus on individual violence. I'm just trying to understand where it came from.

5 Architecture

  • 1. The interior of the house personifies the private world the exterior of it is part of the outside world.
  • 2. Architecture in general is frozen music.
  • 3. It's my goal to make a building as immaterial as possible. Architecture is a very material thing. It takes a lot of resources so why not eliminate what you don't need as long as you're able to achieve the same result?
