  • 1. I don't think of myself as a poor deprived ghetto girl who made good. I think of myself as somebody who from an early age knew I was responsible for myself and I had to make good.

2 Amazing

  • 1. Warren Spector is amazing and his team is as good as any in the business. Shame to see all the revenues from their game entangled with all the madness of the Dallas office.
  • 2. We are on the precipice of a crisis a Constitutional crisis. The checks and balances which have been at the core of this Republic are about to be evaporated by the nuclear option. The checks and balances that say if you get 51% of the vote you don't get your way 100% of the time. It is amazing it's almost a temper tantrum.
  • 3. Maybe I was just lucky but I had the best pregnancy and I loved giving birth. It was just the most amazing thing so surreal but so real.

3 Anger

  • 1. My humour has always come from anger but I have to make sure I don't just get angry and jump on a soapbox.
  • 2. The quickest way to defuse fear or insecurity or anger is usually humor. I think comics figure that out quickly and once you figure it out you think 'Hey if I can do this and get paid that would be kind of cool.'
  • 3. Wars spring from unseen and generally insignificant causes the first outbreak being often but an explosion of anger.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Mr. Speaker I rise today to recognize the Peace Corps as it reached its 45th anniversary on March 1 2006.
  • 2. I did that Dior Couture 60th anniversary show in July. It took so long to get ready I think I would have rather been watching.
  • 3. Experts on romance say for a happy marriage there has to be more than a passionate love. For a lasting union they insist there must be a genuine liking for each other. Which in my book is a good definition for friendship.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Great buildings that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique poetic products of the heart.
  • 2. Architecture begins where engineering ends.
  • 3. I have no requirements for a style of architecture.
