  • 1. In old age we are like a batch of letters that someone has sent. We are no longer in the past we have arrived.
  • 2. When grace is joined with wrinkles it is adorable. There is an unspeakable dawn in happy old age.
  • 3. My inspiration was my mom. She's a great cook and she still cooks and we still banter back and forth about cooking. Growing up in a mostly Portuguese community food was important and the family table was extremely important. At a very young age I understood that.

2 Amazing

  • 1. Dick Van Dyke was my first idol. He's an amazing physical comedian like a classic clown but also very smart and not afraid to show vulnerability.
  • 2. I believe I could have had a career in the music industry without 'X Factor ' but it was an amazing platform that propelled me to where I am now.
  • 3. My wife a schoolteacher very disciplined. If you think I'm tough trust me and wait till you see when the children are on the naughty step. It's hilarious. So we decided that I'm going to work like a donkey and provide amazing support for the family.

3 Anger

  • 1. The Anger Management Tour was another beautiful thing. I loved that tour.
  • 2. All improv turns into anger. All comedy improv basically turns into anger because that's all people know how to do when they're improvising. If you notice shows that are improvising are generally people yelling at each other.
  • 3. Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned nor hell a fury like a woman scorned.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Love grows more tremendously full swift poignant as the years multiply.
  • 2. I was always very grateful to 'em and am grateful to 'em now. I went back a couple of years ago and did their 20th anniversary show. But the longer I stayed on Hee Haw the worse things got for me musically.
  • 3. The bonds of matrimony are like any other bonds – they mature slowly.

5 Architecture

  • 1. I don't know why I've always been so captivated by architecture.
  • 2. Chicago is known for good steaks expensive stores and beautiful architecture. Unfortunately the Windy City also enjoys a reputation for corrupt politics violent crime and some of the strictest gun control laws anywhere in the country.
  • 3. You can just drift unhappily towards this vision of heaven on earth and ultimately that is what architecture is a vision of: Heaven on earth at it's best.
