1 Age

  • 1. Age is the first limitation on roles that I've ever had to encounter and I hit that awhile ago.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I know so many amazing actors who don't get work… and then there are a bunch of real duds that work all the time. The industry is just not fair in that way.
  • 2. It's amazing that no matter how much money you have you can make some bad decisions and in five months you're on the street begging.
  • 3. My mother encouraged it so much. She was so supportive. Even if as a kid I would do the dumbest trick which now that I look back on some things she would love it she would say that's amazing or if I'd make the ugliest drawing she would hang it up. She was amazing.

3 Anger

  • 1. I realised one day that men are emotional cripples. We can't express ourselves emotionally we can only do it with anger and humour. Emotional stability and expression comes from women.
  • 2. It's a joke to think that anyone is one thing. We're all such complex creatures. But if I'm going to be a poster child for anything anger's a gorgeous emotion. It gets a bad rap but it can make great changes happen.
  • 3. My humour has always come from anger but I have to make sure I don't just get angry and jump on a soapbox.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Love grows more tremendously full swift poignant as the years multiply.

5 Architecture

  • 1. At a certain point I just put the building and the art impulse together. I decided that building was a legitimate way to make sculpture.
