Spending time at the Federal Reserve was a good learning opportunity for me. It helped me to understand economic philosophies and polices that I had not previously known about.
I always say the minute I stop making mistakes is the minute I stop learning and I've definitely learned a lot.

I'm going from doing all of the work to having to delegate the work – which is almost harder for me than doing the work myself. I'm a lousy delegator but I'm learning.
