  • 1. At a certain age it just became apparent to me that this was probably the work that I would have to do.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I had an amazing childhood lots of love. But my dad worked his tail off getting up at 4 in the morning and going off at 5 6 o'clock yet he always had time to spend with his kids and his wife.
  • 2. I think being on a TV show is amazing but also people get kind of used to seeing you a certain way and so it becomes a challenge to break free from that in a way.
  • 3. It's amazing how I can just ramble on for hours isn't it? And so unentertaining or uninteresting. But I can ramble on for hours. It's a sort of terrible gift isn't it?

3 Anger

  • 1. I do like to write nasty songs. It's a useful weapon to have and it's cathartic as well because I create art out of anger something positive out of something negative.
  • 2. My anger with the US was not at first that they had used that weapon – although that anger came later.
  • 3. Fear is the only true enemy born of ignorance and the parent of anger and hate.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. A wedding anniversary is the celebration of love trust partnership tolerance and tenacity. The order varies for any given year.
  • 2. Mom and Dad were married 64 years. And if you wondered what their secret was you could have asked the local florist – because every day Dad gave Mom a rose which he put on her bedside table. That's how she found out what happened on the day my father died – she went looking for him because that morning there was no rose.
  • 3. And this year is going to be the 25th anniversary of the 17-0 team the only undefeated season.

5 Architecture

  • 1. No architect troubled to design houses that suited people who were to live in them because that would have meant building a whole range of different houses. It was far cheaper and above all timesaving to make them identical.
  • 2. But I feel truly wowed by the architecture and the meaning of the architecture if you get lost in it and think about the man hours in the smallest little chapel and the love involved. God it's fantastic.
  • 3. The English light is so very subtle so very soft and misty that the architecture responded with great delicacy of detail.
