Since I can barely write two books a year the best solution seems to be co-author projects. My goal isn't to get another writer to clone me… it's more to produce a book that shares my vision of positive fun entertainment.
President Obama has basically avoided or not done any attempt to intervene in any positive way in the housing market. I think in the financial crisis that's been a shame.

The nature of catastrophe is after all reasonably unvarying in the way it ruins destroys wounds and devastates. But if something can be learned from the event – not least something as profound as the theory of plate tectonics – then it somehow puts the ruination into a much more positive light.
