1 Age

  • 1. To me – old age is always ten years older than I am.
  • 2. Reading after a certain age diverts the mind too much from its creative pursuits. Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking.

2 Amazing

3 Anger

4 Anniversary

  • 2. We are not the same persons this year as last nor are those we love. It is a happy chance if we changing continue to love a changed person.
  • 3. It was very hard for all of us. It's still very hard. The anniversary of his death just passed and every single one of his friends still after all these years… it's unbelievable.

5 Architecture

  • 1. We build buildings which are terribly restless. And buildings don't go anywhere. They shouldn't be restless.
  • 2. Architecture is the learned game correct and magnificent of forms assembled in the light.
  • 3. I don't divide architecture landscape and gardening to me they are one.
