I always like to start my morning with a good amount of fruit. I really like pineapple particularly because of the enzymes that it has. Sometimes I have oatmeal. But if I'm feeling like I really want to be watching my weight more then I definitely do a protein like an omelet scrambled eggs or some smoked salmon.

On tour I'll get up at 5 p.m. and go to bed at 8 in the morning. With fishing it's the exact opposite. Fishing is the only healthy thing I do. Touring is such a grind it's the opposite of healthy.

  • 1. My sister and I shared a bedroom our entire lives and I believe she discovered the Beatles when she was about 11 and I'm four years younger. So from the age of 7 until 17 we had nothing but Beatles paraphernalia in our room even those little stuffed Beatles that went on stands that are dressed as the Sgt. Pepper band.
