Well first of all I think that a lot of the voters who are voting for the tea party candidates have really good impulses. That is they believe that for years and years and years the people with wealth and power or government power have done well and ordinary people have not. That's true.

1 Age

  • 1. I remember when I was 6 years old and my brother used to go seek out guys that were 13 to come over and play football against me while he was the 'permanent quarterback.' I didn't know exactly what the age difference was but I was already playing against older guys.

  • 1. There's a lot of bitterness there's a lot of anger out there. We all have to work hard to heal those wounds.

5 Architecture

  • 1. No architecture is so haughty as that which is simple.
  • 2. I could be happy doing something like architecture. It would involve another couple of years of graduate school but that's what I studied in college. That's what I always wanted to do.
  • 3. The way of architecture is the quiet voice that underlies it and has guided it from the beginning.
