3 Anger

  • 2. People are unjust to anger – it can be enlivening and a lot of fun.
  • 3. I do like to write nasty songs. It's a useful weapon to have and it's cathartic as well because I create art out of anger something positive out of something negative.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. My mother and stepfather were married 43 years so I have watched a long marriage. I feel like I had a very good role model for that. And you know it's just a number.
  • 2. Presently the Commission for Commemorating 350 Years of American Jewish History has been brought about to encourage and sponsor a variety of historical activities that advance our understanding of the American Jewish experience as it marks this milestone anniversary.
  • 3. Mom and Dad were married 64 years. And if you wondered what their secret was you could have asked the local florist – because every day Dad gave Mom a rose which he put on her bedside table. That's how she found out what happened on the day my father died – she went looking for him because that morning there was no rose.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Architecture is my work and I've spent my whole life at a drawing board but life is more important than architecture. What matters is to improve human beings.
  • 2. Poetry is not only dream and vision it is the skeleton architecture of our lives. It lays the foundations for a future of change a bridge across our fears of what has never been before.
  • 3. I would fix other people's lines if they asked me on occasion. The hard part of writing is the architecture of it getting the story and structuring it. Not the tweaking of lines.
