Liberals in Congress have spent the past three decades pandering to environmental extremists. The policies they have put in place are in large part responsible for the energy crunch we are seeing today. We have not built a refinery in this country for 30 years.

3 Anger

  • 1. People have said I'm the candidate of anger. Well we have a right to be angry. We lost 3 million jobs. We lost our place as the moral leader of the world.
  • 2. It isn't enough just to scream at the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. We need our political system to start reflect this anger back into 'How do we fix it? How do we get the economy going again?'
  • 3. Fear is the only true enemy born of ignorance and the parent of anger and hate.

4 Anniversary

So while an incredible amount of progress has been made on this fifth anniversary I wanted to come here and tell the people of this city directly: My administration is going to stand with you – and fight alongside you – until the job is done. Until New Orleans is all the way back all the way.
  • 2. As the third anniversary of the September 11th attacks draws near we must ensure our nation is prepared to handle the continued threat of violence and terrorism on our country.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Architecture is not an inspirational business it's a rational procedure to do sensible and hopefully beautiful things that's all.
