I am not opposed to intelligence reform on its face but any changes should reflect the current context.

1 Age

  • 1. Old age is a special problem for me because I've never been able to shed the mental image I have of myself – a lad of about 19.
  • 2. I knew at an early age I wanted to act. Acting was always easy for me. I don't believe in predestination but I do believe that once you get where ever it is you are going that is where you were going to be.
  • 3. A final word: I am not knowledgeable about the internet. I do not have a computer. I guess that at 74 years of age I don't have the patience to learn.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I think what's really amazing is that given the scale of the web and getting the compute power we have today we're starting to see things that appear intelligent but actually aren't semantically intelligent.
  • 2. It is amazing that something I did 23 years ago still has an audience that people respond to and I am touched and surprised that people are still very positive about.

3 Anger

5 Architecture

  • 1. I left science then I went into art but I approach things very analytically. I choose to pursue both art and architecture as completely separate fields rather than merging them.

  • 3. Does it follow that the house has nothing in common with art and is architecture not to be included in the arts? Only a very small part of architecture belongs to art: the tomb and the monument. Everything else that fulfils a function is to be excluded from the domain of art.
