I was terrified to do 'G.I. Joe.' I had no idea how to do one of those movies. I was kind of scared. You know if one of those doesn't work it's a huge hit on your career. People are like 'Well he couldn't make a $170 million movie work. I don't want him in my film.'
I find that when you see somebody in the tabloids all the time you have no desire to see them in movies.

I was influenced when I was younger by the cartoon movies that Disney put out like Cinderella and what not. I watched those movies over and over when I was younger and the music is ingrained into my head. Nowadays I'm still humming the tunes. It taught me the fundamentals.
