I think sex is very interesting for most people but I'm interested in sex as a way of communication I'm not that interested in the fantasy version of a sex scene.

The fact that we are I don't know how many millions of people yet communication complete communication is completely impossible between two of those people is to me one of the biggest tragic themes in the world.

People break down after a couple of hours. All the defenses go down and there's a kind of communication that if I spent 20 years in a living room with one of these people I would never never know as much about them as I do in that one day.

It's about communication. It's about honesty. It's about treating people in the organization as deserving to know the facts. You don't try to give them half the story. You don't try to hide the story. You treat them as – as true equals and you communicate and you communicate and communicate.

  • 1. I think that everyone at any age should ask themselves 'where do I want to be today where do I want to be tomorrow and where do I want to be in a hundred years?' We all have clear answers to those questions. We only have so much time. It's a real shame if we don't spend our lives trying to do that.

2 Amazing

  • 1. The average session takes about one to two hours. It's totally amazing because when a person breathes they go through one stage of relaxation after another and every stage releases tension.
  • 2. For years I never knowingly went on a holiday. When I travelled it was for work. Now I am a huge advocate particularly to places which have amazing wildlife such as Antarctica India and Patagonia.

3 Anger

  • 1. I was very fortunate to play sports. All the anger in me went out. I had to do what I had to do. If you stay angry all the time then you really don't have a good life.
  • 2. I may have been the only candidate in America who failed to ride the wave of anti-establishment anger to victory.
  • 3. I was a pretty angry kid and I got into military history largely as a way to vent my own anger. As I got older it narrowed down to a more specific focus on individual violence. I'm just trying to understand where it came from.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. My last trip to New Orleans was for the fifth anniversary of Katrina and I had the awesome opportunity to bring my family down. We all worked on a house together and met some of the families.
  • 2. You marry somebody you love everything about them. You grow to learn about them. You never learn everything.
  • 3. We can't forget what happened on May 4th 1970 when four students gave up their lives because they had the American constitutional right of peaceful protest. They gave up their lives. And to sing that song in that spot on that anniversary was very emotional for us.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Revived in this country the long forgotten beauties of Gothic architecture.
  • 2. The work of art shows people new directions and thinks of the future. The house thinks of the present.
  • 3. Cities are the greatest creations of humanity.
