I think every chef not just in America but across the world has a double-edged sword – two jackets one that's driven a self-confessed perfectionist thoroughbred hate incompetence and switch off the stove take off the jacket and become a family man.
My friends and family are my support system. They tell me what I need to hear not what I want to hear and they are there for me in the good and bad times. Without them I have no idea where I would be and I know that their love for me is what's keeping my head above the water.

I do have a close circle of friends and I am very fortunate to have them as friends. I feel very close to them I think friends are everything in life after your family.
