3 Anger

  • 1. Anger is a great force. If you control it it can be transmuted into a power which can move the whole world.
  • 2. People are always angry at America. They're absolutely certain that America either caused their problems or is deliberately not fixing their problems. But the anger is always directed at America and never at Americans.
  • 3. I don't think I could play a character that I couldn't relate to somehow. I'm not unfamiliar with frustration anger shame helplessness and a load of other emotions that make up our psycho-soup. I try to focus on that frustration that sense of unfairness and multiply it.

4 Anniversary

5 Architecture

  • 1. I went to school for engineering I studied jazz. So I always had this kind of creative side and technical side and I thought architecture might be the way to combine them so I went to architecture school in New York.
  • 2. But I absolutely believe that architecture is a social activity that has to do with some sort of communication or places of interaction and that to change the environment is to change behaviour.
  • 3. An architect's most useful tools are an eraser at the drafting board and a wrecking bar at the site.
