Next Article Punishment may make us obey the orders we are given but at best it will only teach an obedience to authority not a self-control which enhances our self-respect.
1 I've found the best way is to not be scared of the attention but to be grateful for it and open to it. It makes my days better rather than being annoyed that people want my attention.
