1 Age

  • 1. The tendency of old age to the body say the physiologists is to form bone. It is as rare as it is pleasant to meet with an old man whose opinions are not ossified.

3 Anger

5 Architecture

  • 1. I probably spent the first 20 years of my life wanting to be as American as possible. Through my 20s and into my 30s I began to become aware of how so much of my art and architecture has a decidedly Eastern character.
  • 2. I went to school for engineering I studied jazz. So I always had this kind of creative side and technical side and I thought architecture might be the way to combine them so I went to architecture school in New York.
  • 3. All those involved in the construction of an architectural design from the architect to the builder have an attachment to the architecture although it's difficult to quantify the attachment.
