  • 1. I think when the full horror of being fifty hits you you should stay home and have a good cry.

2 Amazing

  • 1. There's the Hollywood sign there's Griffith Observatory there's the great amazing Los Angeles Basin. It's 465 square miles of insanity and the best food on the planet.
  • 2. The people who did the collateralized mortgage obligations sold them to pension funds then sold them short then bought credit default swap insurance on them are just amazing. They are a law unto themselves.
  • 3. I tend not to wear accessories. I'm not one of those gals with a drawerful of amazing jewelry. I don't even have my ears pierced! But I have one bracelet that never comes off my wrist.

3 Anger

  • 1. What I needed most was to love and to be loved eager to be caught. Happily I wrapped those painful bonds around me and sure enough I would be lashed with the red-hot pokers or jealousy by suspicions and fear by burst of anger and quarrels.
  • 2. Anger makes dull men witty but it keeps them poor.
  • 3. Experiencing sadness and anger can make you feel more creative and by being creative you can get beyond your pain or negativity.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. We can't forget what happened on May 4th 1970 when four students gave up their lives because they had the American constitutional right of peaceful protest. They gave up their lives. And to sing that song in that spot on that anniversary was very emotional for us.
  • 2. And currently there are four to five new works in the pipeline for upcoming celebrations such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics Australian Federation my 50th Birthday and Sydney Dance Company's 25th Anniversary.
  • 3. Marriage is a coming together for better or for worse hopefully enduring and intimate to the degree of being sacred.

5 Architecture

  • 1. I'm drawn to furniture design as complete architecture on a minor scale.
  • 2. To create architecture is to put in order. Put what in order? Function and objects.
  • 3. Prose is architecture not interior decoration and the Baroque is over.
