1 Age

  • 1. I grew up on a farm in a small town where you do or say one thing and everybody knows about it. You see it happen there's always the town gossip – 'Oh did you hear about so and so or did you hear what went on in this household?' So I learned at a very young age just to keep my mouth shut.

2 Amazing

  • 1. Good acting is good acting however you learn it. Some people who haven't studied are amazing. Some people like Leonardo DiCaprio are naturally gifted – he's learned technique by working with people early on.
  • 2. What's amazing is that I'm recognized all over the world through 'Red Dwarf.' British fans are exceptional but the American fans are something else. Some of them fly 500 miles to stand in line for three hours just to meet me then when they do they collapse. It makes you feel like a rock star!
  • 3. There are so many different people that I've emulated vocally. In the rock world – Sebastian Bach Vince Neil Freddie Mercury Robert Plant. They all had amazing vocal talent.

3 Anger

  • 1. I'm not as angry as I used to be. But I can get in touch with that anger pretty quickly if I feel my space is being invaded or somebody is not treating me with the respect that I think I want.
  • 2. My character had been in the chair for seven years. He had gone through his anger depression drug and alcohol abuse. He had gone through everything now he was up he was happy he was filled with his dream.
  • 3. I think we all have a lot of darkness in our bellies. As an actor the challenge of tapping into that reaching down into that sadness or anger is very therapeutic.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Presently the Commission for Commemorating 350 Years of American Jewish History has been brought about to encourage and sponsor a variety of historical activities that advance our understanding of the American Jewish experience as it marks this milestone anniversary.
