1 Age

  • 1. You can construct the character of a man and his age not only from what he does and says but from what he fails to say and do.

2 Amazing

3 Anger

  • 1. I grew up looking at my father as to how to behave. In watching him I grasped so many things. His own temperament was of a calm person. He was very composed and I never saw anger in him. To me that was fascinating.
  • 2. There's a lot of bitterness there's a lot of anger out there. We all have to work hard to heal those wounds.
  • 3. Obama and his attack dogs have nothing but hate and anger in their hearts and spew it whenever possible.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Both the Obama and Romney campaigns said they pulled all their political ads today in observance of the September 11th anniversary. But politics wasn't very far offstage. The Obama campaign sees foreign policy as an advantage this year.
  • 2. The day before the anniversary of D-Day we lost a man who was equaled by few and surpassed by none as a leader in the cause of freedom: Ronald Reagan.
  • 3. Married people from my generation are like an endangered species!

5 Architecture

  • 1. Architecture is inhabited sculpture.
  • 2. In addressing a task one almost always has several possible options sometimes only a few and they may all be practical and functional. But they lack the aesthetic aspect that raises it to architecture.
  • 3. Spiritual space is lost in gaining convenience. I saw the need to create a mixture of Japanese spiritual culture and modern western architecture.
