1 Age

  • 1. I would always encourage people of any age not to be so quick to follow other people's truths but to search and follow your own moral code and live by your own integrity and mostly just be brave.

2 Amazing

  • 1. When I tour it's like well like a food tour as much as a comedy tour. I try to eat at all the weird places the obscure barbecue joints burger places. There are a few spots in L.A. that I'm obsessed with – one of them is the Taco Zone taco truck on Alvarado. There are secret off-menu items that are amazing.
  • 2. I like pens. My writing is so amazing there's never a need to erase.
  • 3. It was really cool going to Sea World. We had an amazing time. They were amazing to us. We got to swim with the dolphins and it was really special.

3 Anger

  • 1. When I was younger I was terrified to express anger because it would often kick-start a horrible reaction in the men in my life. So I bit my tongue. I was left to painstakingly deal with the aftermath of my avoidance later in life in therapy or through the lyrics of my songs.
  • 2. You can survive with anger but you can't live with it forever.
  • 3. I think I would cope like anyone copes with any tragedy. I'm sure I would be very upset for a while and then there would come a point where I would either have to stay in this place of darkness and anger or I'd have to accept that it happened.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Why does a woman work ten years to change a man's habits and then complain that he's not the man she married?
  • 2. Marriage is a coming together for better or for worse hopefully enduring and intimate to the degree of being sacred.
  • 3. So I think you have to marry for the right reasons and marry the right person.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Architecture is the reaching out for the truth.
  • 2. It is not with architecture that one can disseminate any political ideology.
  • 3. Architecture is inhabited sculpture.
