I am not opposed to intelligence reform on its face but any changes should reflect the current context.

1 Age

  • 1. Do you remember when you were 10 or 11 years old and you really thought your folks were the best? They were completely omniscient and you took their word for everything. And then you got older and you went through this hideous age when suddenly they were the devil they were bullies and they didn't know anything.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I liked the way they treated the first second and third place finishers equally. It was an amazing year. I only entered two song contests this year I won one and placed second in the other. And I entered each of them a day or two before the deadline.
  • 2. I definitely look up to Meryl Streep because she's been in so many amazing movies and I just think that she's one of the greatest actresses out there. I also look up to Jennifer Lawrence especially knowing her and knowing that she is so awesome and so nice.
  • 3. Well Freddie Mercury is a really huge rock star in my head. I've always thought he was just so tough and such an amazing entertainer really a contradiction in many ways as well. So he was incredible.

3 Anger

  • 1. We should meet abuse by forbearance. Human nature is so constituted that if we take absolutely no notice of anger or abuse the person indulging in it will soon weary of it and stop.
  • 2. We're taught to be ashamed of confusion anger fear and sadness and to me they're of equal value to happiness excitement and inspiration.
  • 3. I really believe that all of us have a lot of darkness in our souls. Anger rage fear sadness. I don't think that's only reserved for people who have horrible upbringings. I think it really exists and is part of the human condition. I think in the course of your life you figure out ways to deal with that.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Strike an average between what a woman thinks of her husband a month before she marries him and what she thinks of him a year afterward and you will have the truth about him.
  • 2. June 2005 is the five year anniversary of the debut of Battle Pope.
  • 3. Actually the year anniversary of what you just heard my son Grahame and I are going to be in a play together and I'm acting for the first time in front of an audience that doesn't consist of a high school drama class.

5 Architecture

  • 1. I would fix other people's lines if they asked me on occasion. The hard part of writing is the architecture of it getting the story and structuring it. Not the tweaking of lines.
  • 2. Georgian architecture respected the scale of both the individual and the community.
  • 3. The loftier the building the deeper must the foundation be laid.
