  • 3. We are not the same persons this year as last nor are those we love. It is a happy chance if we changing continue to love a changed person.

5 Architecture

  • 1. We are stymied by regulations limited choice and the threat of litigation. Neither consultants nor industry itself provide research which takes architecture forward.
  • 2. I search for surprise in my architecture. A work of art should cause the emotion of newness.
  • 3. I hate vacations. If you can build buildings why sit on the beach?
