Absolutely the worst thing about this job is the travel and being away from family. I have a wife and three wonderful children the kids are all active in sports and it's very difficult to up and leave and miss them growing up.
I don't have the insight with the Longhorns that I do with the two teams that I own but as a fan and reading the sports pages I'm bullish about the Longhorns.

I played a lot of sports when I was a kid so I get in that ballgame mindset of being really really respectful but at same time saying to yourself 'Don't back down a single inch hang with these guys if you can.' If they throw it high and tight you have to stand in there you can't take yourself out of that moment.
