It's funny to be discovered by a lot of people who didn't know you before. People always used to say 'Do you shop at Home Depot?' or 'Does your kid go to such and such school?' They want to know why they know me even if they don't know my name. I don't think that's a bad thing by the way I think it's nice to be kind of anonymously famous.

  • 3. This year as we celebrate the 230th anniversary of America's independence please remember the symbols that are sacred to this country. Fly Old Glory high and show your respect and admiration for this great nation and the values we hold dear.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Noble life demands a noble architecture for noble uses of noble men. Lack of culture means what it has always meant: ignoble civilization and therefore imminent downfall.
  • 2. You look at the steamboat the railroad the car the airplane – not all of these were invented in the Anglo-American world but they were popularized and extended by it. They were made possible by the financial architecture the capital intensive operations invented and developed by the Anglo-Americans.
  • 3. To create architecture is to put in order. Put what in order? Function and objects.
