1 Age

  • 1. I was born at the age of twelve on an MGM lot.

2 Amazing

  • 1. You don't have a lot of time you have to get it right. It's amazing how they create these episodes in such a short amount of time. They lavish a lot of care and money on each episode and they just look terrific.
  • 2. What do I think of L.A.? It's boring with some amazing nuggets. Like there are some parts of it that are great but by and large I think it's quite boring.
  • 3. The past 6 and a half years have been the most amazing years of my life. It's sad it has come to an end but Avril and I are still family and moving forward in the most positive way possible.

3 Anger

  • 1. I did not think that I was angry but clearly anger was reflected in my writing. I did not think that I had been affected emotionally but it was clear from my writing that I was still very emotional about the trial some six months after it ended.
  • 2. Men are fair and they have learned not to personalize anger – they can disagree with you and argue to the bone but afterward they still consider you a nice person with whom the underlying human relationship need not be altered.
  • 3. You will not be punished for your anger you will be punished by your anger.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Mr. Speaker I rise today to recognize the Peace Corps as it reached its 45th anniversary on March 1 2006.
  • 2. On this important anniversary we must remember that while we have come a long way in eliminating barriers critical work remains to ensure all Americans can live up to their full potential.
  • 3. I didn't make my first solo record until 1981 so I don't have any 60's or 70's recordings but I am working on a large boxed set called DUST to be released next year the 20th anniversary of my first solo record.

5 Architecture

  • 1. A man of eighty has outlived probably three new schools of painting two of architecture and poetry and a hundred in dress.
  • 2. In my experience if you have to keep the lavatory door shut by extending your left leg it's modern architecture.
  • 3. The dialogue between client and architect is about as intimate as any conversation you can have because when you're talking about building a house you're talking about dreams.
