  • 3. This year as we celebrate the 230th anniversary of America's independence please remember the symbols that are sacred to this country. Fly Old Glory high and show your respect and admiration for this great nation and the values we hold dear.

5 Architecture

  • 1. The building of the architecture of a novel – the craft of it – is something I never tire of.
  • 2. I strive for an architecture from which nothing can be taken away.
  • 3. I see the Beijing National Stadium as an architectural project. I accepted Herzog and De Meuron's invitation to collaborate on the design and our proposal won the competition.
