2 Amazing

3 Anger

  • 1. In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth and have begun striving for ourselves.
  • 2. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't angry some days. But I really have worked hard to put a lot of the anger and disappointment in the past.
  • 3. So I'm not worried about the emotions I carry with me because I'm happy that I have them I think it's good for the work I do. The emotions that are not healthy are the ones you hold inside like anger.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Both the Obama and Romney campaigns said they pulled all their political ads today in observance of the September 11th anniversary. But politics wasn't very far offstage. The Obama campaign sees foreign policy as an advantage this year.
  • 2. This year as we celebrate the 230th anniversary of America's independence please remember the symbols that are sacred to this country. Fly Old Glory high and show your respect and admiration for this great nation and the values we hold dear.
  • 3. Each year on the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birth America has the opportunity to reflect on our nation's progress towards the realization of his dream.

5 Architecture

  • 1. In addressing a task one almost always has several possible options sometimes only a few and they may all be practical and functional. But they lack the aesthetic aspect that raises it to architecture.
  • 2. Yet for my part deeply as I am moved by the religious architecture of the Middle Ages I cannot honestly say that I ever felt the slightest emotion in any modern Gothic church.
  • 3. We should concentrate our work not only to a separated housing problem but housing involved in our daily work and all the other functions of the city.
