3 Anger

  • 1. Anger is as a stone cast into a wasp's nest.
  • 2. It's a very difficult thing for people to accept seeing women act out anger on the screen. We're more accustomed to seeing men expressing rage and women crying.
  • 3. I don't think I could play a character that I couldn't relate to somehow. I'm not unfamiliar with frustration anger shame helplessness and a load of other emotions that make up our psycho-soup. I try to focus on that frustration that sense of unfairness and multiply it.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Married people from my generation are like an endangered species!
  • 2. I am so excited this year getting to play the 85th Anniversary Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Everyone knows on Thanksgiving morning to get up turn on the TV and watch the parade so to be an actual participant is going to be fun and I'm looking forward to it. I am gonna have to put on my deer hunting gear though to stay warm!

5 Architecture

  • 1. Every time a student walks past a really urgent expressive piece of architecture that belongs to his college it can help reassure him that he does have that mind does have that soul.
  • 2. Architecture arouses sentiments in man. The architect's task therefore is to make those sentiments more precise.
  • 3. Architecture begins where engineering ends.
