2 Amazing

  • 3. France and the whole of Europe have a great culture and an amazing history. Most important thing though is that people there know how to live! In America they've forgotten all about it. I'm afraid that the American culture is a disaster.

3 Anger

  • 1. Anger is the enemy of non-violence and pride is a monster that swallows it up.
  • 2. I realized that if my thoughts immediately affect my body I should be careful about what I think. Now if I get angry I ask myself why I feel that way. If I can find the source of my anger I can turn that negative energy into something positive.
