Let me read you some of my poetry. My poetry just takes me to another level.

The mystic purchases a moment of exhilaration with a lifetime of confusion and the confusion is infectious and destructive. It is confusing and destructive to try and explain anything in terms of anything else poetry in terms of psychology.

I don't look on poetry as closed works. I feel they're going on all the time in my head and I occasionally snip off a length.

2 Amazing

  • 1. They were so good that you just had to sing the song to them once and they got it. It's amazing. Sometimes it didn't come out the way you wanted but it was good.
  • 2. The seated lotus postures are an amazing way to go into meditation or simply just to take a moment to ground oneself.
  • 3. If you dream of something worth doing and then simply go to work on it and don't think anything of personalities or emotional conflicts or of money or of family distractions it is amazing how quickly you get through those 5 000 steps.

3 Anger

  • 1. Keep cool anger is not an argument.
  • 2. The great thing about celebrity culture is that they can't seem to stop themselves from displaying their ridiculous behaviour. I feel it's my job as a serious investigative journalist to witness all kinds of behaviour and then report back to the audience through the prism of my own anger and bitterness.
  • 3. For a long time I thought I could deal with my anger and hostility on my own. But I couldn't. I denied that it had affected me and yet I was so frantic on the inside with other people: I needed to be constantly reassured.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. That there's no more important decision in life than who you marry.
  • 2. Why does a woman work ten years to change a man's habits and then complain that he's not the man she married?
  • 3. I've been in love with the same woman for forty-one years. If my wife finds out she'll kill me.

5 Architecture

  • 1. The loftier the building the deeper must the foundation be laid.
  • 2. Liquid architecture. It's like jazz – you improvise you work together you play off each other you make something they make something. And I think it's a way of – for me it's a way of trying to understand the city and what might happen in the city.
  • 3. Architecture is basically a container of something. I hope they will enjoy not so much the teacup but the tea.
