In my opinion if we have not achieved peace it is because people forget its most fundamental aspect. Before we talk about peace among nations we must settle our peace with God. Previous Article I know I had no hand in making this war and I know I will make more sacrifices today than any of you to secure peace.
1 For the victor peace means the preservation of the position of power which he has secured. For the vanquished it means resigning himself to the position left to him.
