  • 1. The great book for you is the book that has the most to say to you at the moment when you are reading. I do not mean the book that is most instructive but the book that feeds your spirit. And that depends on your age your experience your psychological and spiritual need.
  • 2. I never took guitar lessons. I took classical piano lessons from the age of six when we lived in Holland. And when we moved to America it was just the typical thing except I was really good at it so was my brother.
  • 3. I conceived in art college at the age of 20 near the end of term.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I work with all these amazing voice actors that do a kajillion voices.
  • 2. I have my favourite fashion decade yes yes yes: '60s. It was a sort of little revolution the clothes were amazing but not too exaggerated.
  • 3. When I performed at 'Open Mic U.K.' I had this connection with the audience that I'd never felt before and I loved it. It was my first big thing and looking out into the crowd… was just amazing.

3 Anger

  • 1. Usually when people are sad they don't do anything. They just cry over their condition. But when they get angry they bring about a change.
  • 2. Never go to bed angry stay up and fight.
  • 3. Anger ventilated often hurries towards forgiveness anger concealed often hardens into revenge.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. We are not the same persons this year as last nor are those we love. It is a happy chance if we changing continue to love a changed person.
  • 2. Marriage is the most natural state of man and… the state in which you will find solid happiness.
  • 3. The 150th anniversary of Penn State will highlight what is important and good about this distinguished institution and the fine people and research that it produces.

5 Architecture

  • 1. People can inhabit anything. And they can be miserable in anything and ecstatic in anything. More and more I think that architecture has nothing to do with it. Of course that's both liberating and alarming.
  • 2. The loftier the building the deeper must the foundation be laid.
  • 3. The architecture of our future is not only unfinished the scaffolding has hardly gone up.
