Aren't we at the point where the closer we get to chaos the more concern that there should be about coming to the table and compromising with Democrats? This is not leadership. This is almost like dictatorship.

  • 1. Sometimes I think it would be easier to avoid old age to die young but then you'd never complete your life would you? You'd never wholly know you.

2 Amazing

3 Anger

5 Architecture

  • 1. After World War II great strides were made in modern Japanese architecture not only in advanced technology allowing earthquake resistant tall buildings but expressing and infusing characteristics of traditional Japanese architecture in modern buildings.
  • 2. Until the Eighties Oslo was a rather boring town but it's changed a lot and is now much more cosmopolitan. If I go downtown I visit the harbour to see the tall ships and the ferries and to admire the modern architecture such as the Opera House or the new Astrup Fearnley Museum on the water's edge.
  • 3. Look architecture has a lot of places to hide behind a lot of excuses. 'The client made me do this.' 'The city made me do this.' 'Oh the budget.' I don't believe that anymore.
