I am not opposed to intelligence reform on its face but any changes should reflect the current context.

2 Amazing

3 Anger

  • 1. I want to express myself to feel that what I feel is real. My joy my pain my anger.
  • 2. When I was younger I was terrified to express anger because it would often kick-start a horrible reaction in the men in my life. So I bit my tongue. I was left to painstakingly deal with the aftermath of my avoidance later in life in therapy or through the lyrics of my songs.
  • 3. George wrote Taxman and I played guitar on it. He wrote it in anger at finding out what the taxman did. He had never known before then what could happen to your money.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. I didn't make my first solo record until 1981 so I don't have any 60's or 70's recordings but I am working on a large boxed set called DUST to be released next year the 20th anniversary of my first solo record.
  • 2. One should believe in marriage as in the immortality of the soul.
  • 3. You marry somebody you love everything about them. You grow to learn about them. You never learn everything.

5 Architecture

  • 1. If I have a style I am not aware of it.
  • 2. The job of buildings is to improve human relations: architecture must ease them not make them worse.
  • 3. In fact it will be very easy to climb the building because of its shape and architecture.
