1 I am not opposed to intelligence reform on its face but any changes should reflect the current context.
2 It is not government's job to mandate responsibility on our behalf. We have the intelligence and good sense to make wise consumption choices for ourselves and our children. It is up to us to do what is best for our health and our children's health.

4 We now witness the constructive work on a foundation that will endure through the ages. That foundation is the god of science – revealed to us in terms that will harmonize with our intelligence.
