I am not opposed to intelligence reform on its face but any changes should reflect the current context.

It is not government's job to mandate responsibility on our behalf. We have the intelligence and good sense to make wise consumption choices for ourselves and our children. It is up to us to do what is best for our health and our children's health.

  • 1. There must be a day or two in a man's life when he is the precise age for something important.
  • 2. No sex age or condition is above or below the absolute necessity of modesty but without it one vastly beneath the rank of man.
  • 3. It begins and ends with money. It's absurd in this day and age when we need so much money for education health for people that a $100 million dollars can be spent on a film. It's obscene.

2 Amazing

  • 1. To win one Moonman is amazing to win two is incredible.
  • 2. It's amazing that you can listen to any song and you can always tell when there's some substance beneath it and when there isn't. Even if it's poetically written and technically brilliant I'd rather hear something that's all over the place but has some soul to it.
  • 3. And you can't complain about kissing Emma Watson. Isn't that what everyone in the world wants to do? I've known Emma for a few years. She's this amazing capacity of young and vibrant and brilliant but also a bright intelligent old soul.

3 Anger

  • 1. The nice thing about anger is that as an emotion it's strong enough to unplug me from the comedian's mind for a minute and just be a frustrated member of the citizenry.
  • 2. In plain terms a child is a complicated creature who can drive you crazy. There's a cruelty to childhood there's an anger.
  • 3. To rule one's anger is well to prevent it is better.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Each year on the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birth America has the opportunity to reflect on our nation's progress towards the realization of his dream.
  • 2. The chances of a reunion now are less likely. I was thinking of having a 40th anniversary of the band but now they are really another band so it's all a bit weird.
  • 3. You will reciprocally promise love loyalty and matrimonial honesty. We only want for you this day that these words constitute the principle of your entire life and that with the help of divine grace you will observe these solemn vows that today before God you formulate.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Architecture is invention.
  • 2. Yet for my part deeply as I am moved by the religious architecture of the Middle Ages I cannot honestly say that I ever felt the slightest emotion in any modern Gothic church.
  • 3. Poetry is not only dream and vision it is the skeleton architecture of our lives. It lays the foundations for a future of change a bridge across our fears of what has never been before.
