1 Age

3 Anger

  • 1. Men are fair and they have learned not to personalize anger – they can disagree with you and argue to the bone but afterward they still consider you a nice person with whom the underlying human relationship need not be altered.
  • 2. There's a lot of bitterness there's a lot of anger out there. We all have to work hard to heal those wounds.
  • 3. Being told about the effects of climate change is an appeal to our reason and to our desire to bring about change. But to see that Africans are the hardest hit by climate change even though they generate almost no greenhouse gas is a glaring injustice which also triggers anger and outrage over those who seek to ignore it.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. Both the Obama and Romney campaigns said they pulled all their political ads today in observance of the September 11th anniversary. But politics wasn't very far offstage. The Obama campaign sees foreign policy as an advantage this year.
  • 2. And currently there are four to five new works in the pipeline for upcoming celebrations such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics Australian Federation my 50th Birthday and Sydney Dance Company's 25th Anniversary.
  • 3. As the third anniversary of the September 11th attacks draws near we must ensure our nation is prepared to handle the continued threat of violence and terrorism on our country.

5 Architecture

  • 1. The process I go through in the art and the architecture I actually want it to be almost childlike. Sometimes I think it's magical.
  • 2. Architecture doesn't come from theory. You don't think your way through a building.
  • 3. Great buildings that move the spirit have always been rare. In every case they are unique poetic products of the heart.
