1 Age

  • 1. It seems to me there is a change in what audiences want to see. I can only hope that's correct because there's an awful lot of people of my age around now and we outnumber the others.
  • 2. In old age we are like a batch of letters that someone has sent. We are no longer in the past we have arrived.
  • 3. Despite what anti-aging ads say growing older can be better. I feel better in my skin 100 percent. You have greater effects of gravity but the better sense of yourself you have is something I wouldn't trade. Women who lie about their age – 'why?'

  • 3. The heart of marriage is memories and if the two of you happen to have the same ones and can savor your reruns then your marriage is a gift from the gods.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Nothing requires the architect's care more than the due proportions of buildings.
  • 2. I take a lot from everywhere. I take from music architecture novels and plays. Anywhere that hits you.
  • 3. For many years I have lived uncomfortably with the belief that most planning and architectural design suffers for lack of real and basic purpose. The ultimate purpose it seems to me must be the improvement of mankind.
