1 Age

  • 1. Religion is the best antidote to the individualism of the consumer age. The idea that society can do without it flies in the face of history and now evolutionary biology.
  • 2. I think the sport of wrestling which I became involved with at the age of 14… I competed until I was 34 kind of old for a contact sport. I coached the sport until I was 47. I think the discipline of wrestling has given me the discipline I have to write.

2 Amazing

  • 1. Choreography is amazing. I'm still a dancer yet I transitioned into choreography then as a Creative Director. All of these creative elements are brought out of being a dancer. Directing is something that comes out of understanding movement and choreography. Directing movement is directing a dance piece.
  • 2. I thought after the Pulitzer at least nothing will surprise me quite that much in my life. And another one happened. It was quite amazing.
  • 3. James Franco has this interesting and relaxed look. It's pretty 'I don't care ' but it still looks good. Ryan Gosling also has amazing style. I take a lot of my fashion tips from those two. In my opinion they're the ones getting it right.

3 Anger

  • 1. Generally speaking if a human being never shows anger then I think something's wrong. He's not right in the brain.
  • 2. I've always turned my anger inwards towards self-destruction.
  • 3. My heart has been heavy and I have deliberated within my own conscience knowing that my decision should not come out of my initial emotion of anger toward the President for such reckless behavior but should be based on the facts.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. So while an incredible amount of progress has been made on this fifth anniversary I wanted to come here and tell the people of this city directly: My administration is going to stand with you – and fight alongside you – until the job is done. Until New Orleans is all the way back all the way.

  • 3. My mother and stepfather were married 43 years so I have watched a long marriage. I feel like I had a very good role model for that. And you know it's just a number.
