2 Amazing

3 Anger

  • 1. I don't think your ability to fight has anything to do with how big you are. It's to do with how much anger is in you.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. June 2005 is the five year anniversary of the debut of Battle Pope.
  • 2. Experts on romance say for a happy marriage there has to be more than a passionate love. For a lasting union they insist there must be a genuine liking for each other. Which in my book is a good definition for friendship.
  • 3. It was very hard for all of us. It's still very hard. The anniversary of his death just passed and every single one of his friends still after all these years… it's unbelievable.

5 Architecture

  • 1. Winning a competition in architecture is a ticket to oblivion. It's just an idea. Ninety-nine per cent never get built.
  • 2. I see architecture not as Gropius did as a moral venture as truth but as invention in the same way that poetry or music or painting is invention.
  • 3. I would fix other people's lines if they asked me on occasion. The hard part of writing is the architecture of it getting the story and structuring it. Not the tweaking of lines.
