2 Amazing

  • 1. I'm jamming 'Black Sabbath Vol. 4' all the time. Zappa's 'Cruising With Ruben &amp The Jets.' A lot of Gong lately. Some Hawkwind. The Residents' 'Duck Stab' is amazing. Some Fugs. Lots of stuff man. I'm pretty schizophrenic with records.
  • 2. Spinning has been such an amazing part of my exercise. I love the music the energy and the sweat. It's a tough class which makes me feel like I've really accomplished something. It's a great way to burn fat and lean out the body. An all-around win!
  • 3. I have my favourite fashion decade yes yes yes: '60s. It was a sort of little revolution the clothes were amazing but not too exaggerated.

3 Anger

  • 1. It's a joke to think that anyone is one thing. We're all such complex creatures. But if I'm going to be a poster child for anything anger's a gorgeous emotion. It gets a bad rap but it can make great changes happen.
  • 2. The fear really hits you. That's what you feel first. And then it's the anger and frustration. Part of the problem is how little we understand about the ultimate betrayal of the body when it rebels against itself.
  • 3. When angry count to four when very angry swear.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. The chances of a reunion now are less likely. I was thinking of having a 40th anniversary of the band but now they are really another band so it's all a bit weird.
  • 2. More marriages might survive if the partners realized that sometimes the better comes after the worse.
  • 3. Marriage is the most natural state of man and… the state in which you will find solid happiness.

5 Architecture

  • 1. When I'm in London Claridge's is a great favourite. I'm a big fan of art deco architecture and the rooms are extraordinary.
  • 2. No architect troubled to design houses that suited people who were to live in them because that would have meant building a whole range of different houses. It was far cheaper and above all timesaving to make them identical.
  • 3. I call architecture frozen music.
