Customers don't know what they want. There's plenty of good psychology research that shows that people are not able to accurately predict how they would behave in the future. So asking them 'Would you buy my product if it had these three features?' or 'How would you react if we changed our product this way?' is a waste of time. They don't know.

2 Amazing

  • 1. After all these years it's still amazing what Obama is allowed to get away with. He says low gas prices in 2009 were caused by a terrible economy but then claims that the lower number of illegal aliens crossing the border is because of his border policies not the same lousy economy.
  • 2. I always knew that St. Jude was an amazing organization but meeting the kids and seeing how the hospital works first hand was truly beautiful. It doesn't feel like a regular hospital all dreary and sad. It's a colorful beautiful comfortable fun place to live and the energy is wonderful.
  • 3. Brains don't really smell but what's amazing about the brain is that it's almost like scrambled eggs or soft tofu almost like a gel. The brain controls so much of what we do but you could put your finger right through it.

3 Anger

  • 1. I've always turned my anger inwards towards self-destruction.
  • 2. Anger: an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.
  • 3. My heart has been heavy and I have deliberated within my own conscience knowing that my decision should not come out of my initial emotion of anger toward the President for such reckless behavior but should be based on the facts.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. On July 18 we will mark the 12th anniversary of the senseless loss of 85 lives in the bombing of the Jewish Cultural Center in Buenos Aires Argentina.
  • 2. Both the Obama and Romney campaigns said they pulled all their political ads today in observance of the September 11th anniversary. But politics wasn't very far offstage. The Obama campaign sees foreign policy as an advantage this year.
  • 3. Last week the House of Representatives passed a resolution honoring the victims and heroes of September 11th. As we commemorate the anniversary of 9-11 we must also remember that the threat is still very real today.

5 Architecture

  • 1. I like to play with architecture! It's my favorite game.
  • 2. I acquired an admiration for Japanese culture art and architecture and learned of the existence of the game of GO which I still play.
  • 3. Architecture is a visual art and the buildings speak for themselves.
