1 Age

  • 1. The great secret that all old people share is that you really haven't changed in seventy or eighty years. Your body changes but you don't change at all. And that of course causes great confusion.

2 Amazing

  • 1. When I performed at 'Open Mic U.K.' I had this connection with the audience that I'd never felt before and I loved it. It was my first big thing and looking out into the crowd… was just amazing.

3 Anger

  • 1. I get in trouble when I say things like 'I'm attracted to violence.' I was a pretty angry kid and I got into military history largely as a way to vent my own anger. As I got older it narrowed down to a more specific focus on individual violence. I'm just trying to understand where it came from.
  • 2. I also had to work through the violation of my date rape my unhealthy relationships with men my anger toward the people involved in the scandal and those who exploited me afterwards.
  • 3. But one of the hardest things for me to do was to access anger. I could do it on stage. But when I did it on film it was hard for me. That probably has to do with the intimacy of film. And my own personal issues with expressing anger. So I had to learn how to do that.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. There is no more lovely friendly and charming relationship communion or company than a good marriage.
  • 2. Marriage is an act of will that signifies and involves a mutual gift which unites the spouses and binds them to their eventual souls with whom they make up a sole family – a domestic church.
