1 Age

  • 1. There is no age height or weight requirement to skate. It is good exercise no matter what your age is. If you want to be competitive most start young. But I practice with many adult competitors.

2 Amazing

  • 1. I was always amazed about how much I could finally squeeze into a thirty second commercial.
  • 2. When you're a stay-at-home mother you have to pretend it's really boring but it's not. It's enriching and fulfilling and an amazing experience. And then when you're a working mother you have to pretend that you feel guilty all day long.

3 Anger

  • 1. What starts the process really are laughs and slights and snubs when you are a kid. If your anger is deep enough and strong enough you learn that you can change those attitudes by excellence personal gut performance.
  • 2. As a culture I see us as presently deprived of subtleties. The music is loud the anger is elevated sex seems lacking in sweetness and privacy.
  • 3. In general I was a good kid. It usually took a lot to make me mad. But once I reached the boiling point I lost all rational control. Totally without thinking when my anger was aroused I grabbed the nearest brick rock or stick to bash someone. It was as if I had no conscious will in the matter.

4 Anniversary

  • 1. I did that Dior Couture 60th anniversary show in July. It took so long to get ready I think I would have rather been watching.
  • 2. I think you have to be willing to take a bullet for somebody if you're going to stand up there take your vows and be married to them for the rest of your life.
  • 3. We had a relationship that lasted 44 years. Herbert and I lived together 10 years before we were married. He always gave me a little heart for whatever anniversary.

5 Architecture

  • 1. I have no requirements for a style of architecture.
  • 2. A city building you experience when you walk a suburban building you experience when you drive.
  • 3. The new architecture of transparency and lightness comes from Japan and Europe.
